It is conveniently situated between several subway stations, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities like water and bathrobes. The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond, even finding and returning a lost valuable earring. The hotel also offers good wifi and provides two bottles of water daily.

Some guests experienced delays and mix-ups during check-in, leading to a slight inconvenience.

Cheryl, in particular, was very helpful in assigning our room and making us feel valued as Hilton honors members. The bedding was unbelievably comfortable, and we slept incredibly well. The amenities in the room were generous, including a coffee maker and refrigerator. We also appreciated the option to open the windows for fresh air. we had a great experience, and we would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

This hotel has a fantastic location, just a stone's throw away from Central Park and close to various restaurants and shops. The subway station is also nearby, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is well-maintained. The staff is polite and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast options are delicious, and there is a wonderful Italian restaurant across the street offering great pizza and pasta dishes.

I had a fantastic stay at Hilton Club on West 57th Street. The location was amazing, just a short walk to Carnegie Hall and 5th Ave shopping. The room was super clean and the beds were comfortable. Great location in midtown Manhattan, just blocks from Central Park and a subway station right around the corner. there was a food market nearby. The friendly staff was helpful, especially the doormen. The room was clean and modern, with a spacious shower and plenty of hot water. The bathroom had a beautiful view of Central Park.

The accommodations were not up to the 5-star standard I expected. The heat/AC system was very noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night.

I was particularly impressed by a lovely lady with red hair and a gentleman at the entrance who went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. They even helped me find a cab in the rain when my Uber failed to show up. Their small acts of kindness truly made my day better.
